sofortbanking (recommended)

sofortbanking, the TÜV certified online payment system by Payment Network AG. To pay with sofortbanking you need a capable online bank account, your PIN and TAN.

Credit card payment

• During a credit card order, only the value of the good is reserved on the credit card. The credit card is charged only at the time of invoicing, which is the date of shipment.
• If the amount is not charged to the account, the reservation will be automatically canceled after 14 days. The cancelation of the reservation can not be done manually.

Advance payment transfer

•     Please quote your customer number or order number for the purpose of payment.
•     Please observe that bank transfers (also online) require 1 - 3 workdays and another 1 to 2 workday(s) should be allowed for internal booking within our company.
•     Please make sure, that possible bank fees are not deducted from the order amount. Most of the banks tend automatically to share the fees between recipient and payer - in that case the production will not start because of the incomplete payment.
•     The invoicing will occur on the day of shipment
